I believe in the powerful healing benefits of massage therapy. It is a mind-body-spirit experience!

 

I describe my massage style as integrated: I combine the knowledge I have of different techniques to achieve the results you need. I may use tools like hot stones, heating pads and cupping. I use deep tissue techniques and adjust the pressure appropriate to your preference.

The majority of my clients are looking for pain relief. Chronic pain, muscle spasms, postural strains, you get the idea. I also have clients who see me regularly for wellness and relaxation massage. Got stress? the best way to keep your inner balance is with regularly scheduled massages! It works!

 

I offer onsite chair massage for corporate events and facility visits. Consider in-home visits for families, "girls' night in", in-home gatherings, etc.

 

In addition to seeing my clients, I have served as

• an employee of VITAs Hospice Care, servicing hospice patients in their homes, nursing/rehab facilities or at St. Mary's Hospital.
