I offer an integrated massage that combines all the techniques I have learned for rehabilitative results as well as relaxation. I include heat application and any additional tools I may need; hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy. I continue to evolve as a therapist and update my skills regularly. Deep tissue techniques include ashiatsu (very deep pressure), myofascial, pin and stretch, trigger point therapy. In addition, I offer elderly massage, hospice, pre-natal, relaxation.
