I offer an integrated massage that combines all the techniques I have learned for rehabilitative results as well as relaxation. I include heat application and any additional tools I may need; hot stones, cupping, aromatherapy. I continue to evolve as a therapist and update my skills regularly.

Deep tissue techniques include ashiatsu (very deep pressure), myofascial, pin and stretch, trigger point therapy. In addition, I offer elderly massage, hospice, pre-natal, relaxation.

Unions and Health Care Plans that Cover Massage Therapy

I will provide you with a paid receipt for you to submit. Typically you need a Dr. script and health plan representative's approval. Please check your benefits, you may have a provision for massage therapy!

I offer Manual Lymph Drainage as a separate specialty for post-surgery only. I do NOT offer it for "weight loss". My CT license does not have coverage for external drains. Please contact me to book once drains are removed.
